Players needed for cricket start

PLAYERS fancying a go at the crease are invited to attend a cricket club’s training sessions.

Hensall Cricket Club struggled to field two teams in the Pontefract League last season, and so are going on a recruitment drive to sign new players for the forthcoming campaign.

Training will be held at Campsmount Technology College in Norton Tuesdays on March 5 and 19 and April 2.

Sessions for juniors will be from 6pm-7pm and seniors are 7pm-8pm.
