Teenage tenpin bowling prodigy Kirsten MacGregor has just made a triumphant return from Paris where she picked up three silver medals in the European Youth Championships.
The 17-year-old Selby College student was representing England at the event for the first time, having just missed out on final selection last year when it was held in Sweden.
Kirsten picked up the game at Selby's bowling alley off Bawtry Road and has an older brother, Ross, who won a scholarship to an American university on the strength of his tenpin bowling prowess.
