A recent run of success came to a shuddering halt for the Swans against probably the best outfit in this league after an extremely tough physical encounter in which they fought to the end but were eventually overwhelmed by the size and power of the opposing forwards.
But with a man of the match display from skipper Rob Taylor, there was no shame in this defeat and, for the opening 20 minutes, Selby stretched their hosts to the limit.
