Vision-ary fundraiser raises charity cash

Bonmarche customers helped raise vital funds for Selby Vision after two successful mornings were held at the store.

Alison Longhorne, store manager at the Gowthorpe branch, confirmed that customers had helped raise a whopping £155 from the raffle draw which, added to the healthy total already recouped from a recent coffee morning, gave a total of £239.

The money will now be donated to Selby Vision, who help support those suffering from sight-related problems in the Selby area.
