Two vehicle accident near Airmyn

A TWO vehicle road traffic accident happened at 8.40am on Thursday February 7 at the junction of Rawcliffe Road and the Airmyn turn off.

One woman suffered non life threatening injuries and was taken to hospital by ambulance and later released after treatment for bruising.

Two people were released from one car and fire officers had to use hydraulic equipment, rams and spreaders to release the woman.

Both cars made safe by disconnecting batteries.
