Selby man due in court on GBH charge against a child

A 19-year-old Selby man is due to appear at York Magistrates’ Court today (Thursday November 15, 2012) charged with wounding/grievous bodily harm without intent.

The appearance relates to a domestic incident at an address in Selby on Monday November 12, 2012, when an infant boy suffered serious but non life threatening injuries.
