Selby Council negligence row

A FURIOUS woman is locked in a row with Selby District Council and has accused the authority of being negligent.

Disgruntled Noelle Cook is refusing to pay her council tax amid claims from her that SDC did not enforce a planning condition on builders when her home in a redeveloped warehouse on The Malt Kiln, Cliffe Common, was still under construction in 2002.
