A LARGE amount of jewellery was taken by thieves who broke into a house in Richmond Drive in Goole some time between 6pm on Saturday March 9 and 12.10am on Sunday March 10.

The offenders forced entry to the rear of the semi-detached property and searched a bedroom before making off with a quantity of goods.

Among the stolen property was a thick gold rope bracelet valued at £450, gold earrings valued at £100, various other earrings and necklaces and a brooch as well as a number of bottles of women’s perfume.

Anyone who saw or heard anything suspicious at the time of the burglary or has any information about the stolen property is asked to contact Humberside Police on the non emergency number 101 referring to log 19 of 10 March 2013.
