I purchased a Tornado Tank for £35 which seemed ok but leaked quite a bit so i returned it to the shop and was pleased to receive a new one which thankfully works ok. Right now the good news is out of the way, my only gripe is this :- I bought my wife one of the Tornado tanks, I bought my mother a Tornado Tank, My wifes father was impressed with them and he too went with our opinion that they were good and he bought one. My mates wife was impressed and also bought one and another mate of mine bought 2. All seems well you might think, THINK AGAIN! when i bought one for my wife, my mother and myself – they came in nice neat box sets complete with the charger, 3 extra tanks, 3 rubber end caps and 2 rubber mouth pieces. THE REST OF THEM WERE TWIN PACKS THAT WERE SEPERATED AND HAD LOADS OF BITS MISSING! The shop has a VERY VERY POOR SELECETION of REFILLS and so far has NEVER had the one i actually wanted. The Mate of mine who bought 2 (which i might add cost him £70 as two seperate ones when infact THEY WERE FROM A DOUBLE BOX SET AND SHOULD HAVE COST £60) had a problem with one and it leaked quite badly so, with his pathetic 28 day MONEY BACK GUARANTEE in hand, took it back to the shop only to be told that even though he was ripped off for a tenner in the first place, that because it had BEEN USED he was only entitled to £11.99 as a refund?? WHAT THE HELL EVER HAPPENED TO CONSUMER RIGHTS? DOES THIS SHOP NOT REALISE THAT THEY HAVE BROKEN THE LAW?? When i pointed this out to the staff i was amazed to be told and i quote “well its tough, thats what weve been told and if yours breaks can you take it to york because you wont be getting yer money back off me” After spending £105 myself and my friends purchasing incomplete packs at a cost of £140 i was rather disgusted by the attitude of the people in the shop. Safest bet is to go direct to the Totallywicked website and avoid these horrible people at mee and parvin and also avoid their utterly useless 28 day guarantee. If you do go to the site direct, they are offering 5 × 20ml bottles for £32 which at mee and parvin would cost you £60 (IF THEY HAD THE ONE YOU WANTED THAT IS HAHA) just avoid these idiots and do yourself a favour. OH AND JUST INCASE ANYBODY DIDNT NOTICE – THE THREE FIVE STAR RATINGS WERE ALL DONE ON THE 27TH SEPTEMBER 2012 AND ALL “THREE” MEMBERS HAVE ONLY EVER LEFT ONE REVIEW EVER!! AND THEY ALL HAPPENED TO LEAVE THE ONLY REVIEW THEY HAVE EVER DONE EVER FOR MEE AND PARVIN. (MORE LIKE ONE PERSON WITH DIFFERENT EMAILS LOL) JUST PROVES THAT THESE IDIOTS ARE SO BAD THEY EVEN WRITE DODGY REVIEWS FOR THEMSELVES. PATHETIC AND LAUGHABLE – JUST LIKE THE SHOP AND THE USELESS, IGNORANT STAFF.

If you live in the Selby area and are interested in buying an e-cig and are not keen on buying online, then please go into Mee and Parvin and see for yourself. The shop is receiving more stock due to the recent higher demand and are always receiving more information on e-cigs to try and be as helpful as possible to their customers. They will be becoming more e-cig orientated in the not too distant future to make your trip even easier. They offer Totally Wicked E-cigs so i would advise have a look online first and then pop in to inquire about them further as alot of the time staff can answer some of the questions they can't online. They use the Totally Wicked 28 day warranty, so if you find your e-cig isn't quite working how it should you can simply go in and they can either advise you how to fix any problems you may be having or if it is indeed faulty replace the parts to make it work again. Most people find this alot easier than sending the parts off to Totally Wicked through post and have to wait for a new part meaning you are without your e-cig for a few days. Please go and see for yourself, the staff aim to please, you can always go away and still purchase online if for any reason the shop doesn't suit what you are looking for but i'm sure you will see they can help you decide which e-cig is best for you.

I couldn't disagree any more with "X-Pert".
What a warm and friendly atmosphere in the shop and suited my needs to an absolutely pinnacle.
Served by 2 females. (Definately female)
Left with a yearning to return to Selby, just thanks to this Ye Olde Shoppe.
The shop was impeccably stocked to all my needs.
Top marks for Mee & Parvin and all their employees, either male, female or "other".

visited mee & parvin for the first time as was reccomended by many friends. i found my visit was easy and i got all my questions answered! the ladys that work in there were so very helpful and very friendly they have nearly everything you can think of with smoking.
not only was the level of customer service impecable, but you walk into a friendly atomsphere, and are presented with a warm welcome!!
I WILL BE RETURNING WITH OUT A DOUBT
WOULD HIGHLY RECCOMEND MEE & PARVIN!!!

Wonderful well stocked tobaccanist in the heart of the lovely old market town of Selby. I telephoned first to be sure they stocked what i required. Extremely helpful assistant. Pleasant, well mannered and informative. Definetly worth a visit....A treasure chest of products. Will return often.

I can't rate any of the products Mee & Parvin sell. I didn't buy anything. I walked out, due to the terrible service offered by the 2 females (I use the term females loosely).
I won't be returning and advise others to find a tobacconists that may offer help, or at least an attempt at service.
Stay clear of this place, I give it the worst rating of all, 2 thumbs down!
