Bikers hurt in three vehicle crash

A MOTORCYCLIST and his pillion passenger were badly hurt in a three vehicle crash near South Milford.
The accident, involving two cars and the motorcycle, happened in Newthorpe Lane at Newthorpe at 3.10pm on Saturday.

Police said the male rider suffered rib injuries, and his female passenger suffered back and arm injuries. Both were taken to Leeds General Infirmary.

The road was closed for more than an hour by police crash investigators.
