Fair bargains

CLIFFE Village Institute holds its annual Christmas fair this Saturday, November 24, at 2pm.

Toys, cards and a tombola will be on offer, with money raised going towards the upgrade of toilet facilities which are planned for next year.

Lake and Orchard Care Centre, Kelfield, also host their winter fair this Saturday at 2.30pm.

Sherburn Gala are appealing for volunteers to help with putting up this year’s Christmas Lights.

Those interested should meet at the Swan Hotel this Saturday morning at 8am.
